Nativio is a subscription-based service offering a 14-day free trial so users can explore the platform before committing.
We do not offer automatic refunds for subscription charges. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final.
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe you were charged in error or have a unique case, you may contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case and granted at our sole discretion.
All new users receive a 14-day free trial. During this period, you may use the service without being charged.
When the user upgrades their plan from free wersion to a paid plan, the free trial period ends immediately. The user will be charged for the first month of the paid plan immediately.
If you increase the number of active property slots, you will be charged immediately for the prorated difference. Your billing cycle will not reset — it remains the same.
If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect after the current billing cycle ends. You will retain access to your current number of active slots until that time. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
You may not delete your account while an active subscription is in place. To delete your account:
By choosing to delete your account before the end of the current billing cycle, you agree to forfeit access to any remaining paid time.
If approved, refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
