📋 Nativio – Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nativio (https://gonativio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Nativio is a platform that enables property hosts to create personalized digital guest guides, share them via QR codes or links, and access analytics to improve guest experiences. The platform is hosted on Vercel, and we use Supabase for data storage, Paddle for billing, Resend for transactional email, and Google Analytics (with consent) for usage insights.

3. User Accounts

To use Nativio, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nativio to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Share harmful, illegal, misleading, or offensive content
  • Attempt to bypass system protections or access unauthorized areas
  • Misuse QR codes to distribute deceptive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

5. Pricing, Billing & Subscription Management

Nativio is a paid service with the following structure:

  • 14-day free trial for new users
  • Subscription pricing based on number of properties managed
  • Billing is processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller
  • After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features

5.1 Downgrading and Upgrading Plans

  • Downgrading a plan takes effect after the current billing cycle ends
  • You will retain access to previously active slots until the next billing date
  • You may upgrade your plan at any time at prorated cost keeping the billing cycle

6. Account Deletion and Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings
  • You cannot delete your account while an active subscription exists
  • After canceling your subscription, you may request account deletion
  • If you request deletion during an active billing period, you forfeit any remaining service time

We may retain certain data for legal or operational reasons in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Data Rights & GDPR Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • You may request a copy of your personal data
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Data processing and storage is handled securely via Supabase and Vercel
  • We use Google Analytics for usage insights, but only after you give cookie consent
  • Transactional emails are sent via Resend
  • Full cookie and data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Nativio. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Maintain secure user sessions
  • Remember preferences
  • Analyze usage (only with consent)

You can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie banner.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nativio is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
